Jedn\u00e1 se p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm o pohybov\u00fd apar\u00e1t (vliv m\u00e1 i nap\u0159\u00edklad na d\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed). Z tohoto d\u016fvodu je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 dodr\u017eovat n\u011bkter\u00e1 <a href=\"http:\/\/bozppo-neu.cz\/?page_id=938\">z\u00e1vazn\u00e1<\/a> i nez\u00e1vazn\u00e1 pravidla.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ci u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de je mo\u017en\u00e9 vykon\u00e1vat ve stoje (jen kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b) i v sed\u011b. K sezen\u00ed je mo\u017en\u00e9, krom\u011b \u017eidle, pou\u017e\u00edt r\u016fzn\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed pom\u016fcky &#8211; kleka\u010dku, m\u00ed\u010de na sezen\u00ed. Ty v\u0161ak nejsou vhodn\u00e9 pro trvalou pr\u00e1ci s po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem (nad \u010dty\u0159i hodiny za pracovn\u00ed sm\u011bnu). Proto se zde budu v\u011bnovat spr\u00e1vn\u00e9mu sezen\u00ed na \u017eidli p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem.<\/p>\n<h4>Vhodn\u00e1 \u017eidle<\/h4>\n<p>Pro zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed zdrav\u00e9ho sezen\u00ed je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 pro to vhodn\u00e1 \u017eidle. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed po\u017eadavky na ni jsou <a href=\"http:\/\/bozppo-neu.cz\/?page_id=938\">stanoveny v pr\u00e1vn\u00edm p\u0159edpise<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edv\u00e1me-li se na n\u011b podrobn\u011bji, mus\u00ed vhodn\u00e1 \u017eidle spl\u0148ovat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>protiskluzn\u00e1 kole\u010dka na p\u011btiramenn\u00e9 z\u00e1kladn\u011b,<\/li>\n<li>mo\u017enost nastaven\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ky sedadla,<\/li>\n<li>m\u00edt dostate\u010dn\u011b velkou plochu sedadla (40\u00a0cm\u00a0\u00d7\u00a040\u00a0cm a\u017e 45\u00a0cm) se zaoblen\u00fdm p\u0159edn\u00edm okrajem a odpru\u017een\u00ed do sedu,<\/li>\n<li>hloubka sedadla nesm\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 velk\u00e1, aby umo\u017e\u0148ovala sezen\u00ed na cel\u00e9 plo\u0161e sedadla (mezi p\u0159edn\u00ed hranou \u017eidle a nohou by m\u011bla b\u00fdt vzd\u00e1lenost 5\u00a0cm a\u017e 10\u00a0cm),<\/li>\n<li>sedadlo by m\u011blo b\u00fdt tvarov\u00e1no tak, aby podporovalo spr\u00e1vn\u00fd sklon p\u00e1nve a spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 zak\u0159iven\u00ed p\u00e1te\u0159e,<\/li>\n<li>mo\u017enost dynamick\u00e9ho sezen\u00ed, tzn. prov\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed zm\u011bn poloh t\u011bla b\u011bhem sezen\u00ed,<\/li>\n<li>mo\u017enost nastaven\u00ed v\u00fd\u0161ky, sklonu a p\u0159edozadn\u00edho posunu z\u00e1dov\u00e9 op\u011brky (nejl\u00e9pe sleduje-li automaticky pohyb t\u011bla),<\/li>\n<li>vybaven\u00ed vhodn\u00fdmi podp\u011brkami pro p\u0159edlokt\u00ed (dostate\u010dn\u011b \u0161irok\u00e9, polstrovan\u00e9, ne v\u0161ak p\u0159\u00edli\u0161 dlouh\u00e9),<\/li>\n<li>umo\u017e\u0148ovat dobr\u00e9 prov\u011btr\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>P\u0159i spr\u00e1vn\u00e9m sezen\u00ed na vhodn\u00e9 \u017eidli plat\u00ed, \u017ee z\u00e1dov\u00e1 op\u011brka podp\u00edr\u00e1 z\u00e1da p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm v bedern\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti. P\u0159itom nohy se nesm\u011bj\u00ed dot\u00fdkat p\u0159edn\u00ed hrany sedadla. V\u00fd\u0161ka sedadla m\u00e1 b\u00fdt nastavena tak, aby nohy v kolenou sv\u00edraly prav\u00fd \u00fahel a chodidla celou plochou byla na podlaze, nebo\u0165 vysok\u00e1 poloha seda\u010dky zp\u016fsobuje otoky kotn\u00edk\u016f. P\u0159i takto nastaven\u00e9 v\u00fd\u0161ce sed\u00e1ku \u017eidle m\u00e1 b\u00fdt horn\u00ed okraj obrazovky po\u010d\u00edta\u010d v \u00farovni o\u010d\u00ed.<\/p>\n<h4>Sezen\u00ed p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci s po\u010d\u00edta\u010dem<\/h4>\n<p>P\u0159i sezen\u00ed nejen u po\u010d\u00edta\u010de se nohy nemaj\u00ed k\u0159\u00ed\u017eit. Mo\u017en\u00e9 je jednu nohu povysunout dop\u0159edu, ale p\u0159i dlouhodob\u00e9m sezen\u00ed je nejl\u00e9pe m\u00edt kolena od sebe (stehna sv\u00edraj\u00ed \u00fahel a\u017e 45\u00b0), nebo\u0165 tak je mo\u017en\u00e9 l\u00e9pe udr\u017eet spr\u00e1vnou polohu zad; p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u00e1nev p\u0159eklopenou dop\u0159edu, ramena stla\u010den\u00e1 dol\u016f a zdvi\u017een\u00fd hrudn\u00edk. T\u00edm je zabezpe\u010dena vzp\u0159\u00edmenost zad.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i dlouhotrvaj\u00edc\u00edm sezen\u00ed je nutn\u00e9 ob\u010das m\u011bnit polohu sedu (dynamick\u00e9 sezen\u00ed) sunut\u00edm na strany, dop\u0159edu \u010di dozadu, op\u0159en\u00edm se o z\u00e1dov\u00e9 op\u011bradlo \u017eidle apod. Tedy c\u00edlen\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bt neklidn\u00e9 sezen\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V d\u016fsledku gravitace se t\u011blo p\u0159i del\u0161\u00edm sezen\u00ed propad\u00e1 do uvoln\u011bn\u00e9ho sedu, p\u0159i kter\u00e9m jsou z\u00e1da zakulacena, p\u00e1nev sklopena dozadu a vazy spojuj\u00edc\u00ed obratle jsou vzadu ne\u00fam\u011brn\u011b nap\u00edn\u00e1ny (kr\u00e1tkodob\u011b m\u016f\u017ee p\u016fsobit \u00falevu). Proto je nutn\u00e9 ob\u010dasn\u011b prov\u00e1d\u011bt opravy dr\u017een\u00ed t\u011bla do vzp\u0159\u00edmen\u00e9 polohy. Prsty jsou m\u00edrn\u011b ohnuty a kl\u00e1ves se dot\u00fdkaj\u00ed b\u0159\u00ed\u0161ky. Z\u00e1p\u011bst\u00ed se\u00a0 nem\u00e1 op\u00edrat o hranu stolu nebo o r\u00e1m kl\u00e1vesnice! Mohlo by tak doj\u00edt k \u00fatlaku nervu a\u017e s trval\u00fdmi n\u00e1sledky.<\/p>\n<p>Nedodr\u017een\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00e9ho sezen\u00ed m\u016f\u017ee v\u00e9st k mnoh\u00fdm zdravotn\u00edm obt\u00ed\u017e\u00edm \u2013 bolestem zad, bolesti na hrudn\u00ed kosti, kter\u00e1 je podobn\u00e1 pocit\u016fm p\u0159i infarktu myokardu atd.
