Existuje mnoho faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 ji ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed, a naopak kter\u00e9 ovliv\u0148uje ona. Jedn\u00edm ze\u00a0z\u00e1sadn\u00edch\u00a0faktor\u016f, kter\u00e9 v\u00fdznamn\u011b ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed jej\u00ed \u00farove\u0148, je firemn\u00ed kultura.<\/p>\n<p>Firemn\u00ed kulturou je my\u0161lena soustava sd\u00edlen\u00e9ho p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed, postoj\u016f, domn\u011bnek, norem a hodnot existuj\u00edc\u00edch ve\u00a0firm\u011b, p\u0159\u00edpadn\u011b spole\u010dnosti. Nen\u00ed t\u00edm my\u0161leno jen pouh\u00e9 stanoven\u00ed pravidel jednotn\u00e9 form\u00e1ln\u00ed podoby korespondence \u010di vnit\u0159n\u00ed zna\u010den\u00ed v\u00a0budov\u00e1ch spole\u010dnosti nebo styl obl\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f (dress code), jak by se mohlo zd\u00e1t. Jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0mnohem v\u00edce. Jedn\u00e1 se o\u00a0vnit\u0159n\u00ed vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed a postoje zam\u011bstnanc\u016f firmy nebo spole\u010dnosti ke\u00a0v\u0161em skute\u010dnostem, kter\u00e9 se dot\u00fdkaj\u00ed chodu a existence firmy. Nejedn\u00e1 se tedy pouze o\u00a0psan\u00e1 pravidla, ale i\u00a0o\u00a0nepsan\u00e1; o\u00a0pravidla zjevn\u00e1 (etick\u00fd kodex, symboly, vybaven\u00ed pracovi\u0161\u0165, oble\u010den\u00ed zam\u011bstnanc\u016f, spole\u010densk\u00e9 akce firmy atd.) i\u00a0v\u00edce \u010di m\u00e9n\u011b skryt\u00e1 (hodnotov\u00e9 preference, pravidla pracovn\u00ed mor\u00e1lky, vztahy k\u00a0obchodn\u00edm partner\u016fm, specifick\u00fd [slangov\u00fd] intern\u00ed jazyk firmy, jej\u00ed zvyky a ritu\u00e1ly, historky a m\u00fdty, firemn\u00ed hrdinov\u00e9).<\/p>\n<p>Firemn\u00ed kultura by m\u011bla b\u00fdt c\u00edlen\u00e1, tzn. tvo\u0159ena od\u00a0shora, od vrcholn\u00e9ho managementu. Jinak na\u00a0r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u00farovn\u00edch vznikaj\u00ed subkultury a pakultury. Nap\u0159\u00edklad za\u00a0firemn\u00edho hrdinu m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pova\u017eov\u00e1n (je tak zam\u011bstnanci firmy vn\u00edm\u00e1n) \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd se p\u0159i pr\u00e1ci ve\u00a0v\u00fd\u0161ce nep\u0159ipout\u00e1v\u00e1, nebo elektrik\u00e1\u0159, kter\u00fd zkou\u0161\u00ed z\u00e1suvky t\u00edm, \u017ee do\u00a0n\u00ed str\u010d\u00ed dva naslin\u011bn\u00e9 prsty. Proto je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, aby vrcholn\u00fd management korigoval tvorbu firemn\u00ed kultury i\u00a0v\u00a0jej\u00ed \u201eneofici\u00e1ln\u00ed\u201c \u010d\u00e1sti. Pokud je sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed firemn\u00ed kultury n\u00e1zor, \u017ee \u201ezaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed BOZP je probl\u00e9mem bezpe\u010d\u00e1ka\u201c, tak v\u00a0t\u00e9to firm\u011b nen\u00ed nad\u011bje na\u00a0zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed <a href=\"http:\/\/bozppo-neu.cz\/?page_id=700\"><strong>pot\u0159ebn\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b BOZP<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice je asi ze\u00a070\u00a0% p\u0159\u00ed\u010dinou pro\u010d lid\u00e9 pracuj\u00ed nebezpe\u010dn\u011b jejich neochota bezpe\u010dn\u011b pracovat. Tak\u00e9 v\u00a0N\u011bmecku a Rakousku existuj\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci, kte\u0159\u00ed nejsou ochotni bezpe\u010dn\u011b pracovat, av\u0161ak jejich pod\u00edl je v\u00fdrazn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed. D\u016fvodem toho je mimo jin\u00e9 firemn\u00ed kultura, ke\u00a0kter\u00e9 se velmi v\u00fdznamn\u011b p\u0159idru\u017euj\u00ed kultura dan\u00e9 profese a n\u00e1rodn\u00ed kultura. Proto i\u00a0ve\u00a0firm\u00e1ch se zahrani\u010dn\u00edm managementem na\u00a0\u00fazem\u00ed \u010cesk\u00e9 republiky je vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed p\u0159edpoklad vzniku pracovn\u00edch \u00faraz\u016f, ne\u017e v\u00a0jin\u00fdch zem\u00edch, kde firmy p\u016fsob\u00ed, z\u00a0d\u016fvodu, \u017ee zam\u011bstnanci nejsou ochotni pracovat bezpe\u010dn\u011b. Proto tyto firmy mus\u00ed v\u00a0\u010cesk\u00e9 republice vytv\u00e1\u0159et mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed tlak na\u00a0dodr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich firemn\u00ed kultury, aby byly eliminov\u00e1ny d\u016fsledky p\u016fsoben\u00ed n\u00e1rodn\u00ed kultury (za\u00a0prvn\u00ed poru\u0161en\u00ed, nap\u0159\u00edklad neno\u0161en\u00ed ochrann\u00e9 p\u0159ilby nebo po\u017e\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed alkoholu na\u00a0pracovi\u0161ti, v\u00fdstraha, za\u00a0druh\u00e9 poru\u0161en\u00ed, rozv\u00e1z\u00e1n\u00ed pracovn\u00edho pom\u011bru).<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0p\u0159edch\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edho textu jasn\u011b vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee p\u0159i\u00a0zaji\u0161\u0165ov\u00e1n\u00ed a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm p\u0159i\u00a0snaze o\u00a0zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed \u00farovn\u011b BOZP je nutn\u00e9 m\u00edt na\u00a0z\u0159eteli i\u00a0\u00farove\u0148 firemn\u00ed kultury firmy nebo spole\u010dnosti, v\u010detn\u011b pot\u0159eby jej\u00edho zv\u00fd\u0161en\u00ed. Firemn\u00ed kultura m\u016f\u017ee m\u00edt v\u00fdrazn\u00fd vliv nap\u0159\u00edklad na\u00a0to, \u017ee zam\u011bstnanci si neodnesou domu mont\u00e9rky a m\u00fddlo, kter\u00e9 jim zam\u011bstnavatel poskytl jako <a href=\"http:\/\/bozppo-neu.cz\/?page_id=998\"><strong>OOPP<\/strong><\/a> a <a href=\"http:\/\/bozppo-neu.cz\/?page_id=1150\"><strong>myc\u00ed prost\u0159edek<\/strong><\/a>, \u017ee jejich \u00fa\u010dast na <a href=\"http:\/\/bozppo-neu.cz\/?page_id=1017\"><strong>\u0161kolen\u00ed BOZP<\/strong><\/a> budou vn\u00edmat jako svou pracovn\u00ed povinnost v\u016f\u010di firm\u011b, je\u017e jim poskytuje ob\u017eivu, kter\u00e1 jim nav\u00edc poskytne d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 informace k\u00a0ochran\u011b jejich zdrav\u00ed, a \u017ee hl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/bozppo-neu.cz\/?page_id=3486\">skoronehod<\/a><\/strong> budou vn\u00edmat jako ochranu sv\u00e9ho zdrav\u00ed, nikoliv jako n\u011b\u010d\u00ed v\u00fdmysl, nato\u017e jako zbyte\u010dnou buzeraci (podtrhuji slovo vn\u00edmat, tzn. b\u00fdt o tom p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den). V\u00fdznamn\u00fd vliv m\u00e1 t\u00e9\u017e na <a href=\"http:\/\/bozppo-neu.cz\/?page_id=986\"><strong>pracovn\u00ed \u00farazovost<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Z\u00a0uveden\u00e9ho je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee k\u00a0zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed BOZP nesta\u010d\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 technick\u00e9 zabezpe\u010den\u00ed a ani dostate\u010dn\u00e9 individu\u00e1ln\u00ed pro\u0161kolen\u00ed, ale \u017ee je pot\u0159eba vytvo\u0159it kolektivn\u00ed <strong>vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed<\/strong> pot\u0159eby zaji\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed BOZP ve\u00a0firm\u011b nebo spole\u010dnosti.
